Use this template for a specific census item, not merely to cite a census year. Supply the image-level details available from the record. Do not use an index entry as though it were an image; identify derivative-only evidence in the `note` field.
Minimum recommended fields are `year`, `jurisdiction`, `schedule`, `page` or `sheet`, `repository`, and `accessed`. Fields vary by year and provider, so all parameters are optional.
